Claim Rejection Messages

If you do not see your rejection here, send an email to Support@megaeasy.com
include in your email:
  • Your practice or billing service name
  • The clearing house you are sending claims to
  • The payer or entity who sent the rejection message
  • The rejection message itself
  • If available, the Reject Code, Loop, Segment, and Claims Payer ID
  • A phone number so someone can contact you for more information if needed
