First, check if the "Purchased Service" checkbox in the facility is enabled: - Edit the patient's case and navigate to the Account tab
- Right click on the Facility and select Edit
- Remove the check from the "Purchased Service" check box at the bottom of the window
- Click Save
Additionally, check if the "Purchased Service" checkbox on the procedure is enabled: - From Transaction Entry, right click on the procedure code and select Edit
- Remove the check from the "Purchased Service" checkbox at the bottom of the window
- Click Save
