Total purchase service amount missing

First, check if the "Purchased Service" checkbox in the facility is enabled:
  1. Edit the patient's case and navigate to the Account tab
  2. Right click on the Facility and select Edit
  3. Remove the check from the "Purchased Service" check box at the bottom of the window
  4. Click Save
Additionally, check if the "Purchased Service" checkbox on the procedure is enabled:
  1. From Transaction Entry, right click on the procedure code and select Edit
  2. Remove the check from the "Purchased Service" checkbox at the bottom of the window
  3. Click Save
